In order to attend AxEx 2024, you need to register for a badge pass. Each registration tier includes different types of convention perks and special merchandise related to the theme “8-bit Heroes”. Choose the one that best suits your convention needs!

Pre-registration merchandise will not be shipped if you are unable to make it to AnthroExpo 2024.

Minor Consent & Parental Guide

Minors aged 16 and 17 who wish to attend AnthroExpo 2024 unaccompanied by a guardian must fill out a Minor Consent Form and present it along with a valid government issued photo ID when arriving at the convention.

Minors aged 15 and below must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and do not need to complete the form. However, attending parents may still refer to the information in the form.

Q: "I'm an adult with a child under 16. How do I register them? Do I need to pay?"

​

A: The adult with a minor child will register an account. They will pay for their registration and then after will add a "child" registration which is selected from the main registration screen. You will not be charged for a child under 16 attending AnthroExpo with a paid badge for the guardian. For more information, please see the form.

Refund Policy

By purchasing registration to AnthroExpo 2024, you agree to abide by the following terms:

 

  1. You agree to follow our Registration Guidelines & Conduct Guide.

  2. Registration sales are refundable by email request to registration@anthroexpo.com.

  3. Refund requests must be received on or before January 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST. After this time, registrations will be final and non-refundable.

  4. Registrations are not transferable, but can be deferred to the next convention year until February 5th, 2024. Any individual who does not contact registration before this time will be considered to have donated their registration and merchandise to Scissortail Fandoms, Inc. and will not be subject to refund unless an extenuating circumstance is provided.
